Artists, theorists, and cultural researchers to explore how digital technologies are reshaping what it means to be a citizen, how money moves and changes social relations, and how art can intervene in or respond to these transformations.

The essays and projects inside don’t treat digital culture as hype or inevitability. Instead, they investigate how platforms, data flows, financial protocols, and state power co-produce possibilities and constraints on autonomy, mobility, labour, and community.
