All orders are packed and shipped from Naarm (Melbourne), Australia.
We ship 2–3 times per week. Standard orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.

packaging + condition
Books are packed carefully to protect them in transit using minimal, sturdy materials.
Where possible, we reuse clean packing materials. We do not use plastic or bubble wrap; all protective materials are recyclable.
All books are described honestly and photographed individually where relevant.
Secondhand and vintage books may show signs of age or wear. Any significant flaws are noted in the listing.
If you have questions about condition before ordering, please get in touch — we’re happy to provide additional details or photographs on request.
Local Pickup (Melbourne only) may be available for events or by arrangement.

returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if an item is significantly not as described. Please contact us before returning an item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was incorrectly listed.
If an item is damaged in transit, this is the responsibility of the courier. We can provide photographs of the item as packed to assist with courier claims.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
