Witnesses of the Freedom Flotilla is a collection of firsthand interviews with passengers who took part in the Freedom Flotilla missions to Gaza.

Never has it been more important to document, and re-read, the personal accounts of motivation, experience, fear, solidarity, and aftermath surrounding the Palestinian genocide.

The interviews document the diversity of those involved — activists, journalists, aid workers, and civilians — and record how participants understood their actions before, during, and after the flotilla’s interception. The emphasis remains on lived experience rather than ideology, allowing contradictions, uncertainty, and emotional complexity to remain visible.

As an oral-history style document, the book functions both as a political record and a precious account of how individuals narrate responsibility, risk, and collective action under conditions of global attention and state violence.
